Documentation required to ship cargo internationally and within Brazil
In Brazil, all cargo (except documents and some special cargo) must be accompanied by an invoice. Even if the sender is an Individual or a Corporation (exempt from State Registration), a content declaration will be required when shipping the cargo.
The draft must be filled in to allow CTE to be delivered.
For more information, contact our call center at 0300 115 9999.
What is a content declaration?
Individuals or Corporations exempt from State Registration, as long as the State of origin does not issue separate invoices.
Fill out the form with all information and hand it to the messenger at pickup. If you take the goods to the terminal, you may deliver the declaration at the counter or, if you prefer, you will find a declaration available at the terminal for you to fill out.
What information is required to request pickup?
To request pickup, please provide the following information:
Individual/Corporate Taxpayer ID (CPF/CNPJ) and both sender's and recipient's addresses.
Cargo information (weight, dimensions in centimeters and invoice value).
After pickup, the customer will receive a copy of the dispatch draft.
The given cargo value will be an approximation to be confirmed upon cargo arrival at the terminal, where it will be weighed and measured. In case of divergence, we will contact you to clarify the discrepancy.
In case payment is made for less than the actual calculated, cargo will not be shipped.
The pickup service can be requested through our website and our call center: 0300 115 9999. Service available only in Brazil.
